This program has been designed to improve your body in every area possible, from gymnastic movements, strict holds, carries, endurance complexes, and much more. This program is a great way to challenge your body with fun and creative workouts, and to break through those plateaus holding you back from progress.
Aerobic Pump will provide you with 60 total workouts, in 10 different formats, that will improve your cardio and strength, while working on your mobility, stability and muscle hypertrophy to make you an all-around athlete. Also, it will teach you to proportionally, and properly, substitute exercises as well as scaling in order for you to train anywhere and anytime.
* Recommended equipment (some are additional, therefore, not necessary):

- Dumbbells or Kettlebells
- Rower and Assault Bike
- Jumprope
You do not need to use every piece of equipment exactly as specified to get a ton out of this program! Substitutions are encouraged if you don’t have what you need.
